• Tournament participants will be selected based on their final rankings in the "E7WC Preliminaries". If the organizers determine that cheating or unfair play has occurred, the participant may be disqualified and any prize money forfeited.
• Players' profiles, gameplay footage, battle logs, and Hero-pick logs may be introduced on-air and/or on the official website.
• Participants are strictly prohibited from using illegal programs, such as hacks or macros, during the tournament. Any violation may result in a permanent ban from competition.
• Registering will be considered as having consented to the Official Rules.
• By participating in the tournament, participants are deemed to have consented to the use of match videos, photographs, nicknames, and related materials on official channels and in promotional content.
• The prize award will be provided in the form of US dollars. Participants are responsible for any and all costs and expenses associated with their prize including taxes and additional fees.
• The Official Rules may be amended, modified, or supplemented by the organizer, at its discretion, in order to ensure fair play and integrity of the tournament.
• All copyrights to tournament broadcasts and related content belong to the organizers. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
• Smilegate has entrusted BANANACULTURE GAMING & MEDIA with the management and broadcasting of E7WC 2026.
• If any unfair practices are discovered during the tournament, including piloting, account sharing, exploiting, or other violations of the Operation Policy that negatively affect other players, penalties such as disqualification or being barred from competing may be imposed.
